The Brief

The New Home for the
Brisbane Lions AFL Club

COHA Group was commissioned to project manage the development of this 6.8 Ha site in Springfield Central to become the home of the Brisbane Lions AFL Football Club. Brighton Homes Arena includes a new Training and high-performance facility, centralised administration, indoor football training centre, a boutique 10,000 spectator AFL stadium, grandstand and significant community amenity, commercial spaces and external public realm spaces. Brighton Homes Arena will host AFL Women’s matches and will be where the men, women and academy players will train.
