Paul Coory was on hand when Prime Minister Scott Morrison formally announced the Federal Government’s $15 million funding commitment towards the Brisbane Lions Reserve Project at Springwood. The funding commitment was an integral part of the Government’s support of women’s sport, where the AFL have been leaders in driving participation and empowerment of women in the national code of AFL through its AFLW program.
