The Brief
Setting a New Benchmark in Surf Clubs
This award-winning surf club and licensed club building set a new standard of surf life saving clubs in Queensland. It sits strikingly amidst the Kurrawa beachfront, embracing the 180-degree views of this famous QLD surfing beach. This club boasts a 380-person dining space with some of the best dining views on the Gold Coast, a new café, a 15m long bar, gaming lounge, conference and meeting facilities and surf life saving facilities such as training rooms, change rooms, and administration offices. A new external Café designed for boardwalk and beach going public has proven to be a huge hit to the local community.
