The Brief
Redevelopment of the Much Loved Café HQ
The brief was to redevelop the Club’s signature Café into a destination casual dining offering – Café by day, Restaurant by night. This involved a complete overhaul of the existing venue, with new Bar, Kitchen, and a dining capacity of over 300. The footprint of the Cafe/Restaurant increased so that the ambient dining activity can be heard and seen as patrons enter through the Club’s front door.
