The Brief
A Forward-Focussed Masterplanned Design & Delivery
COHA Group were commissioned by GPS + Valleys to develop a forward focussed masterplan design and delivery strategy, as well as a Stage One scope of works to promote to external stakeholders and funding bodies for the embellishment of the clubs’ joint facilities. The works include a new Gym, Changerooms, Medical, Administration and Amenities as well as an upgrade to the Functions area and external viewing spaces.
