The Brief
A New Sporting Precinct Masterplan
The Glenholme Park Sports and Community Hub is a proposed new sporting precinct masterplan designed to attract numerous sports from around the Toowoomba region. The design includes a licensed club, multi-sports facility, rugby fields, allied health, commercial office and retail spaces. COHA Group was approached to guide the masterplan design and liaise with numerous sporting groups and stakeholders. COHA Group will deliver the detailed design, Development Approvals and project manage the delivery of the first stage of works as the masterplan rolls out.
