Supervision Delivery of Industrial Development
When ASV Property purchased an industrial property in Crestmead off the plan, they engaged COHA Group to oversee the construction on their behalf to ensure that the developer delivered as agreed.
COHA Group were effectively ASV’s eyes and ears during the delivery of this 4,492 sqm warehouse. On a prominent 8,740 sqm corner site with corporate offices over two levels, housed in the brand new Crestmead Logistics Estate, this property is more than your average warehouse.
