Maximum Yield For Chic Inner City Hotel Brand
COHA Group was approached to review the design of this existing inner-city hotel in-fill project, located in the heart of the growing Bowen Hills, RNA Showground precinct. This precinct is part of the Bowen Hills Economic Development QLD’s Priority Development Area. We worked closely with one of the world’s leading hotel brands to refine the design to meet their stringent operational and market driven requirements. COHA Group has been engaged to manage the amended DA and project manage the delivery of this project through to completion.
